RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us and we will look into it. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods. However, you cannot exchange goods purchased because of dislike of the colors/style.
In cases where all the conditions listed below are satisfied, you may exchange and return the faulty products within 7 days of delivery:
- Product is included in the products designated by bosshelm.com
- Product is unworn, unwashed and unused
- Package and tags of the product (wrapping paper) are attached
- Product exchange form is filled on bosshlem.com
Customer shall return the product to bosshelm.com head quarter. The work and cost incurred to return the product shall be borne by customer.
